Subscription Terms

1. SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS

1.1. Trial Period €0.90 for 48 Hours

A trial offer is available to every new user for a one-time amount of €0.90, valid for 48 hours from payment confirmation. During this period, the user enjoys unlimited access to the features, allowing them to assess the value of the service.

1.2. Premium Subscription €49.50 (VAT included) per Month

At the end of the 48-hour trial, and unless cancelled within that period, the Premium subscription is automatically activated at a monthly price of €49.50 (VAT included), and is automatically renewed each month until cancellation. You remain free to cancel your subscription at any time, without restriction.

The Premium subscription includes:

  • Up to 30 reverse lookups per month via the SmartReverse.ai interface;
  • An OSINT search engine enhanced by artificial intelligence technologies;
  • Results drawn exclusively from publicly accessible sources (directories, social networks, web indexing, etc.);
  • Automated and temporary display of information, with no storage or enrichment;
  • Simple, anonymous, and secure use via your personal account.

Your subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, resold, or used for purposes that contravene applicable laws (e.g., harassment, unlawful surveillance, identity theft, etc.).

2. RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

2.1. Automatic Renewal

The Premium subscription is automatically renewed monthly, unless cancelled before the renewal date. The user expressly authorizes SmartReverse.ai to process the monthly charge using the stored payment method.

2.2. Cancellation

The user may cancel at any time via their personal account area available on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No further payments will be charged after the effective cancellation date.

2.3. Refund Policy

The €0.90 trial is non-refundable, its purpose being to test the service. The monthly Premium subscription is non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, except in the event of a manifest billing error.

Requests must be sent by email to contact@smartreverse.ai, indicating:

  • The name associated with the account;
  • The email address used for payment;
  • A clear and precise explanation of the reason for the request.

Any incomplete or imprecise request cannot be processed.

3. CHANGES

The company Lindma reserves the right to modify at any time:

  • The content of the offers;
  • Prices;
  • These conditions.

Any change will be notified to you by email or via the website. The applicable conditions are those displayed on the renewal date.
